When will my order ship?
Orders are processed via an online, automated platform and are generally processed by our warehouse the same business day; packages usually ship within 24 hours of processing (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
When will I receive my order?
Most U.S. customers should expect to receive their orders within 5-7 business days when choosing standard shipping (USPS Priority MailĀ®) at checkout. We rely on customers to provide their correct billing and contact information as well as shipping address to ensure on-time delivery. Any potential errors in shipping or billing information may cause a delay in shipping time. Customers are solely responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to inaccurate or incomplete information submitted at checkout.
Where can I find my order information/tracking?
Once your payment is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your package ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If a product is out of stock, you will generally be notified within 24-48 hours with further details.
What if I need to change/cancel my order?
If you feel that you need to change or cancel your order, please promptly fill out the contact form located on the Connect tab so that we can review your request. Please keep in mind that orders are typically processed the same business day; once your order has been processed, it can no longer be modified.
What is the return policy?
We can only accept returns for unopened products and unused merchandise purchased directly from our website within 15 days of receipt. If you notice any damage to your product or merchandise, or would like to submit a return for any other reason, please promptly fill out the contact form located on the Connect tab and provide a detailed description including (1) the reason for your return; (2) your order number; and (3) the product(s) or merchandise that you are returning. One of our Relentless Team members will provide further instruction. Payment will be refunded via the same payment method you used to submit the original order, minus applicable shipping and payment processing charges.
Please note: If you have questions about a product or purchase made from a 3rd Party Reseller, please send your inquiry to the reseller directly. Bourn Relentless is not responsible for and cannot guarantee any products or purchases made outside of bournrelentless.com.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries throughout the world! You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, and any other charges or fees required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost. These charges may vary by country; please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will receive a refund to your original payment method, minus shipping costs.
INTERNATIONAL DISCLAIMER: Import laws, tariffs, taxes, etc. vary by country. We are not responsible for confiscated products, fines, or penalties associated with your order. Refunds and/or exchanges will not be granted if your order is seized by customs.
